Vibrational Meditation

Vibrational Meditation

Guided meditation is a tool that allows us, through words, images, and sound, to let go of negative emotions such as pain, stress, and everyday worries, helping us connect with our interior world.

Through guided meditation you can achieve well-being, because this practice contributes to achieving a state of calm and provides mental and physical satisfaction. Used properly, it has a positive impact on both physical and   health.

On the other hand, vibrational therapies act within different energy systems, including physics, since everything is vibration.

The energetic dimensions act like the score of a symphony orchestra; All of them have a function vibrating at their own frequency and in perfect harmony with the rest of the instruments, which makes the orchestra produce an unrepeatable symphony.

In the human body, if an organ suffers injuries, it vibrates with a frequency different from its normal frequency, losing its harmony and deteriorating to the point of harming it.

This will manifest from the most subtle levels of the mental, spiritual, and emotional bodies until reaching the grossest level, which is the physical body, at which level the disease materializes and the organism weakens.

Through Vibrational therapy, it is possible to reharmonize the vibration of all our cells and improve their state at all levels.

The oldest cultures used songs and vibration to reestablish this order in the body and spirit.

In this session both techniques are combined to obtain benefits such as:

  • Strengthen the immune system.
  • Improvement of cognitive abilities: memory, concentration, attention
  • Greater resilience.
  • Emotional stability.
  • Improvement in diseases such as hypertension, cancer, fibromyalgia, asthma and cardiovascular problems.
